New Mercy Network - Thailand
Share/Save/Bookmark

After a year-and-a-half of prayer, exploratory trips, and relationship building, CHF and ministry partner Zoe International celebrated the January launch of a brand new Mercy Network in Thailand. Following an in-depth training for local pastors and ministry leaders, nine churches in the hill tribe areas will now be resourced for home delivery of Food Paks® to unbelieving neighbors in their villages.

New Mercy Network Thailand

Typically living on only enough rice for one small meal each day, many poor villagers are tempted by false promises that their children, sold to clever outsiders, will be given education and jobs in the city. Thailand’s child trafficking is among the worst in the world. The most at-risk children are those orphaned or from uneducated, unsuspecting rural families. CHF is hopeful that churches providing Food Paks to the hill tribes of Thailand will open doors to change the mindsets of the families, help them understand the truth, and stop the cycle of trafficking forever.
