CHF Midwest is gearing up for Thanksgiving and Christmas by asking shoppers to make their next grocery stop a "Great Grocery Give". Through a new relationship with Walt's Food Centers in northern Illinois and Indiana, shoppers can buy products for CHF's Food Pak® programs and drop them in a bin at check-out. Just pick up a shopping list from the Great Grocery Give shopping cart and buy a little extra for a family in need.

This is another great way families can give to CHF in a simple way that will have a tremendous impact in the lives of families throughout the Midwest. Download the shopping list here, print it and take it with you to the store. When you're finished shopping, you can drop your donations in the bins at Walt's checkout.
