Do the Food Pak

Help your neighbor today.

While the need is great in countries outside the U.S., the number of children living in poverty right in our own backyard is staggering. But you can help. This summer, individuals and churches across the country are joining together to collect 20,000 Food Paks. The boxes they fill will be distributed to needy children and families in communities nearby. Join the team of those who want to practice true compassion by filling empty stomachs and changing lives!

Project Food Pak is a simple, but effective way to reach out to the poor. You fill empty boxes with nutritious food and a caring volunteer who’s been trained by CHF will deliver your box directly to the door of a family who needs it.

What is a Food Pak?
A Food Pak is CHF's relationship-building tool—a twenty-pound box of nutritious food like pasta, beans, and canned fruit and vegetables. But it’s not what’s in the box that matters most.

In-Home Food Delivery
Food Paks are designed to be delivered directly into the homes of struggling families. The intimacy achieved through in-home food delivery opens doors for biblical compassion and opportunities to share the life-changing truth of the gospel.

Who You’re Helping
Food Paks help families like this one! "Jo" is a single mother with three children -- Jose, Jonathan, and Noelia. The kids were abandoned by their father about a year ago and haven't heard from him since. CHF Food Paks are helping see the children through this difficult time. The family is greatly encouraged by the regular visitors who care for them, deliver Food Paks to them, and teach them about God.
